Pinwheelconnect operates ShikshyaAI, a free, open-access educational assistant. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

We collect minimal information. ShikshyaAI does not require registration, login, or any personal information to use. Automatically collected: • IP address: Used solely for rate limiting and abuse prevention. IP addresses are not stored permanently and are not linked to conversation content. • Basic request metadata: Timestamps, message counts, and subject selections are logged for service monitoring. These logs do not contain the content of your messages. • Browser information: User-agent strings are logged for compatibility monitoring only. What we do NOT collect: • Names, email addresses, or account information (no accounts exist) • The content of your conversations with ShikshyaAI • Cookies for tracking or advertising purposes • Location data beyond what is inherent in IP addresses

The limited information we collect is used exclusively for: • Rate limiting: Preventing abuse and ensuring fair access for all users • Security monitoring: Detecting and blocking malicious activity • Service improvement: Understanding aggregate usage patterns (not individual behavior) We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

ShikshyaAI uses the Groq API to process AI responses. When you send a message, the conversation context is sent to Groq's servers for processing. Please review Groq's Privacy Policy for information about how they handle data. We do not use any analytics services, advertising networks, or social media trackers.

We implement industry-standard security measures including: • Content Security Policy (CSP) headers • HTTPS encryption for all connections • Input sanitization and content filtering • Rate limiting and IP-based abuse prevention • No persistent storage of conversation content

ShikshyaAI is designed as an educational tool suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no account or personal information is required, children can use the service with the same privacy protections as all users.

Since we do not collect personal information or create user profiles, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete. Your conversations exist only in your browser's memory and are cleared when you close the tab or start a new conversation.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of ShikshyaAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
