The service: • Is provided free of charge with no account required • Is intended for educational and academic purposes only • Uses AI language models that may produce inaccurate information • Is not a substitute for professional instruction, tutoring, or academic guidance

You agree to use ShikshyaAI only for lawful, educational purposes. You may not: • Attempt to extract, manipulate, or override the AI's system instructions • Use the service to generate harmful, illegal, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content • Use automated scripts or bots to send excessive requests • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service's infrastructure • Use the service to harass, deceive, or harm others • Submit personal information of others without their consent • Use the service for academic dishonesty (e.g., submitting AI-generated work as your own without disclosure) We reserve the right to rate-limit or block access for users who violate these terms.

ShikshyaAI is an AI system and may produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information. You acknowledge and agree that: • AI-generated responses should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth for academic, professional, medical, legal, or financial decisions • You are responsible for independently verifying any information provided by ShikshyaAI • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pinwheelconnect and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: • Your use of or inability to use ShikshyaAI • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content • Decisions made based on information provided by ShikshyaAI • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data • Any third-party services integrated with ShikshyaAI

The ShikshyaAI software, brand, and associated materials are the property of Pinwheelconnect. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal educational use. You may share, reference, or build upon AI-generated content, but you should not represent it as human-authored work.

ShikshyaAI relies on third-party AI infrastructure (currently Groq) to generate responses. These third parties have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party service providers.

To ensure fair access and protect service integrity, we implement rate limiting. Users who exceed usage limits may experience temporary service interruptions. Persistent abuse may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue ShikshyaAI at any time without notice. We may also update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
